What to put on a pallet RFQ so the quote is real

A quote with only “48×40, send price” is a guess. We build new wood at 202 Day St, West Springfield. The dock and the part decide the deck. Send the facts below and the number you get is the deck you need — not a leftover size off a cart.
Weight
What sits on it, in pounds. Uniform or point-loaded. If you do not know exact, give the range and how it sits. That is what a computerized load analysis uses. Extra board “to be safe” is not safer.
Stringer or block — 2-way or 4-way
How the fork hits it. One-way traffic on a dock is often a stringer, 2-way. A warehouse that turns the pallet on all four sides wants block, 4-way. If you do not know, say how it is picked and we will call it.
Heat-treat and destination
If it leaves the country, say so. We heat-treat here. NeLMA ISPM 15. Heat-treat only. No fumigation. Country or customer if you have it.
The rest that saves a callback
Footprint if it is not 48×40. Stack height. Rack or no rack. Same plant cuts industrial lumber and builds the crate if the job needs them. New wood only — we do not reman.
