Yes. New wood only. Not recycled. We chop and resaw boards and cants in West Springfield.

Can you build a 48×40?

Yes, when the load and the dock actually want that footprint. If the part is long, tall, or point-loaded, a custom size is often cheaper and safer. When 48×40 is the right deck — and when it isn’t. We run a computerized load analysis when the dock or the load needs it. Get a quote.

Do you heat-treat for export?

Yes. NeLMA ISPM 15, heat-treat only. No chemical fumigation.
