A consistent new deck beats a mixed used pile. Thickness and board count follow the load and the fork pattern. Distribution decks for manufactured goods should not be light in the trailer and not heavy with lumber you do not need. If the dock is tight or the trailer is short, say so up front.

The stamp goes on packaging we build in West Springfield. Heat-treat is for export. It is not a chemical treatment and it is not a substitute for spec’ing the crate or pallet to the load.
Industrial lumber
Cut-to-size industrial lumber. Softwood and hardwood. Truckload or partial. Banding grooves and notches when the job needs them. Built and shipped from 202 Day St. Same plant, same phone, same receiving window.
Agawam plants that need boards chopped or resawn for dunnage, blocking, or a one-off crate frame get that lumber from the same shop that builds the pallet. Send the cut list with the RFQ.
